Yoga Fit is a class designed for enhancing your flexibility, tone and weight loss, with challenging sequences to leave you stronger calmer and more centred.

We blend Yoga with strength and conditioning training to target specific areas and muscle groups such as arms, thighs, core, butt, legs aiming to balance out strength and flexibility. We then take it one step further and add the elements that are missing from a Yoga class such as cardio and power training.

We found that most people had both a gym and Yoga presence in their lives and having experienced both elements over the years separately it felt right to blend the two and create what people were looking for in one place.

The sequences are maintained for a month allowing students to monitor their progression week on week and learn the basics so that they can train without injury.  Yoga Fit is accessible to all students of all levels.  We bridge the gap between Yoga and the Gym jargon to deliver a class that is practical, making personal growth achievable and visible to the individual.

Yoga fit clinic is a total of 90 minutes including a consultation assessment, personalised prescription and follow up session all for just £50.00.

A workshop to arm you with powerful exercises for a toned upper body.  We look at comprehensive movements across a wide range of muscle groups — specifically the biceps, triceps, upper back, and shoulders. Whether your looking to simply tone up or become the Barbie or Ken doll original factory mould we have something for you.

You’ll leave more informed on how to move safely based on the strategic break down of movements we use in a general YogaFit class and an appetite for more based on the results you will feel over the coming days!

YogaFit Session 1 BootyFit

Perk up your derriere with some of our most effective butt exercises. This workshop is a designed to reconstruct and convert your lumps into well shaped rumps. It’s hard work, calorie combustible, sweat inducing fun, combining high-intensity, weighted exercises as well as lighter isolation movements to target the area.

You’ll leave firstly, more informed on how to move safely based on the strategic break down of movements we use in a general YogaFit class, and lastly with jelly legs and an appetite for more based on the results you will feel over the coming days!

YogaFit Session 2 CorePower

Upgrade your Core this winter with a strong ABS-olute workout, a slow burn that weaves in and out looking at six-pack muscles (Rectus Abdominis), Obliques, lower abs and inner transverse abdominis sucking everything in tight like a super chipped dyson.
